Brendan after coming down from climbing on his favorite rock at the base of the Savage River Loop trail.
Brody checking out the lower side of the drain pipe to see if the water was in fact running through it like I told him. He never quite believes me. He has to find the answer for himself. I like that too. Inquisitiveness is good.
Brendan and Brody throwing rocks into the river while taking a quick break from the hike. They called it "playing" which I hope I can keep them having that feeling for years to come. "Playing" outdoors is fun.
